Exceptions:
Returns are only accepted in cases of damaged or defective items, provided they are reported within 3 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please share an uninterrupted (no pause) video of the product being opened, sent via
email to support@syncmyshots.com. This is necessary as all items are thoroughly quality checked before dispatch.
Return Shipping Charges:
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returns or replacements. Please ensure that the return package is securely packed and adequately insured to avoid any damage during transit.
